Similar to your wedding weekend timeline, your packing checklist should be started early in your planning process and continuously refined as the big day approaches. This will help you stay organized and ensure you have everything you need, whether it’s something to purchase, borrow, or gather. Be sure to share this with anyone who will be helping bring items to the venue(s).

Bonus: Tips for Packing Decor
To protect fragile items like vases and glassware, use bubble wrap or tissue paper. Wrap each piece individually before putting it in a box.
Clearly label each box with what's inside and where it goes, like candles, photos, or guestbook items for your welcome table. Add a photo to show specific set-up. This will help you quickly find things at the venue. If you don't have enough for one box, you can combine related items from different areas in the same box.
If you've got wedding items scattered around your home, start organizing now. Label boxes as you gather things and put them in the right bins. Check off each item on your list as you go.
Give yourself plenty of time to pack your wedding decor. Don't wait until the last minute, as this can lead to unnecessary stress.
Let your wedding coordinator review the setup plan ahead of time so they can work efficiently during setup.
This will also help anyone who’s helping you pack up at the end of the night ensure everything is put away correctly.
